My Android Bravia is a buggy flaky POS. I’m seriously looking at an Apple TV 4K box, and disabling the network connection on the built-in Googleshite.
Have you tried rebooting the tv? Netflix often crashes on my TV Android 7, rebooting helps everytime. On my TV reboot is done by looooongpressing the power button on the remote.
