I just purchased a new Nvidia Shield TV Pro, and everything is running well... Plex, Kodi, SPMC, Gamestream, Moonlight...
But the Netflix App is unusable. The video is stuttering every 2 seconds, and it's not a network issue. Is there a setting I can change in order to fix it?

FIXED: Changed the HDMI Settings from best to the same settings but manually selected (1080p, RGB 8b, 59,9hz)
Have the same issue with with Netflix & Hulu that started within last month. I have 2017 16GB Shield with adopted storage SSD.
I have an original Shield and haven't noticed any issues recently with any apps....I did have an issue with choppy playback on my Nexus 7 (2nd Gen) tablet and connecting to a 5GHz network fixed it. You know, FWTW.
In audio settings in Netflix.. I changed my English 5.1 setting to just English and problem solved!... Plays smooth... However it won't keep it as the default setting... So I have to change it whenever I switch shows...
I have stuttering randomly as well, but pausing and playing seems to fix it for me. Mine is moreso where the frames are dropping, though, so maybe not “stuttering.” It’s like my TV just forgets to play in a smooth frame rate after some time.
The worst is the Hulu app though. That shit refuses to stay at the same rate through an episode of anything.
