This subreddit is for devices running the Android TV Os. Yours is running a phone/tablet version of Android.

You might be able to flash a hacked and crippled version of Android TV on your device (I know nothing about your particular model, but it can be done on a few cheap Chinese boxes), but this is definitely not the place to discuss this.
