Over the past couple of days, this toast message keeps popping up on my Shield TV. I haven't changed anything. I do have an HDHomeRun connected to my network and watch it with the Live Channels app. I haven't changed any settings and everything still works fine, but having that message constantly pop up is quite annoying. Any thoughts?
I've been having issues recently with my Shield and HDHR Quatro as well. Rebooting the Shield usually fixes it for a while. I recently upgraded to Shield Experience 6.2, so not sure if it's related.

Same, my Ethernet connect will randomly cut out as well. I'm trying a different cable as of yesterday so I'll see if anything changes.
This happens to me, but only when I turn on my vpn. Not sure if that’s your case but thought I’d share .

Have you tried removing notifications in the app to see if that goes away? You will also lose recommendations if you do this.
I too started seeing the "Network Tuner Disconnected", and in addition, my Nvidia Shield is also losing connection to the internet when using wifi. A reboot fixes it temporarily.
One way of fixing it is to disable Live channels. But if you use live channels it doesn't help. I use Plex or SPMC, Kodi to watch my hdhomerun. Forgot you could use the hdhomerun app also.
I guess I'll contradict everyone else here and say I haven't had any issues recently. I have two HDHRs and a SATV.
