No. They an have an Android TV app you need to install.
The Live channels app seems to be something more meant for less reputable sources and international content... as they haven't really supported it past that.
AFAIK, it doesn't. And that points to a common problem with Google. How do they expect anyone to support their projects when they won't even do it?
