Can you change the Aspect Ratio in the Mi Box?

So I got a Mi Box and I wanted to plug it to an old 27" CRT TV, I have an HDMI to composite converter, and it lets you choose 480p as the resolution, but when viewing streams on twitch, its making the 16:9 stream all squishy on a 4:3 screen, is there a way to set the Mi Box to use the 4:3 aspect ratio? that way it makes all 16:9 videos in letterbox format, this is something that my Roku 1 does really well since it uses an RCA.

Have you tried: Settings >Display >Screen Position >Zoom Out Screen

The only one solution, is to use Kodi and change the pixel ratio to about 1.41, it would display 16:9 video in letterbox format.
