So I got nbn internet connected at 24mbps and all was well. I was getting 24mbps when I tested the connection on my ps4. I decided to upgrade to 100mbps to stream 4k videos and ever since the upgrade my ps4 is showing around 10mbps in speed test. Kodi is barely able to stream 720p and I still cant watch 4k on youtube on my android tv without buffering. Speed test results on my samsung phone are around 94mbps. Any ideas? Absolutely the wrong place. No one outside of Australia knows what NBN is.
Is your tv and/or ps4 using a wired connection to your router? Is your router the same, or was it changed as part of your change? Is the provider the same?
