HI, I've recently bought this MIBOX 4K International Version in Vietnam and everything's been working out well not until when I brought this box to Australia just today, when I tried turning it on the first time, I couldnt pair the remote with the box and it stuck so I unplugged it and tried again but then up until now it keeps on rebooting up until the 4 circles animation and once a while it keeps saying ''Optimising apps 13 out of 13'' and started rebooting, I couldn't hard reset due to the remote is not paired. Is there any way that I could hard reset it or is it bricked? Thank you.
You have to enter recovery mode in mi box for factory reset.. Steps: Remove AC plug from mi box Then keep your remote facing front to mi box.. Press OK button and back button Plug the ac plug while pressing ok and back button.. Then you'll enter recovery mode.. Then select wipe data/factory reset option..
If you are unable to enter recovery mode.. Try using any USB keyboard by connecting to mi box..
