For the life me, I cannot figure out how to pair the bluetooth connection from my Hub to the App/Ultimate remote.
I have tried deleting the profiles on the remote and app ... but I still remain stuck on Shield's 'searching for bluetooth devices' screen.
Everything else works fine ... like the XBOX and Apple TV.
Makes me wanna rage like being stuck on that one level in the NES Ninja Turtle Game.
Any suggestions?!

I had this exact same problem. What ended up working for me was there was a shield firmware update available that I hadn’t installed (they are normally full of bugs so I dont install until the broader universe has well and truly got comfortable with it…).
I updated firmware, then tried pairing (using the harmony app on my phone and the shield app on my ipad) - and the harmony and the shield paired perfectly! All working again now.

Try this: Go to Harmony Setup > Add/Edit Devices & Activities > Activities and select the activity that you use for your Shield TV. Choose the option to rerun activity and at the bottom of that next screen should be a connectivity option. Select that and re-pair device is available in the next screen.
