I read a while back someone got this working, so I picked up one cheap on Black Friday. When I plug it in and connect the aerial nothing comes up in Live Channels, I'm guessing there's something more to it but can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks
I’m using that tuner(and it works great). In the Live Channels app go to settings>channel sources>usb tuner>run channel search. Hope that helps/works.
Only single tuners work with live channels, other dual tuners may selectively work but not with live channels with Plex or tablo apps.
In the live channels app. I unfortunately am at an airport so I don't have it right in front of me . Is the app showing up for you¿ If not you may be experiencing issues. It showed up for me immediately upon plugging in.

Check out the geforce forum about it all. If you find it too difficult or unusable, i ended up using a usb tuner on a rasp pi with tvheadend server, and then the tvheadend client on my shield in kodi, and works in live channels as well.
I had no issues with the Xbox one tuner. Plugged it and searched for channels with no issues. You have to do a channel search like you would for a TV pulling ota channels. The live channels interface isn't the most intuitive
