Is there a fix that is going to come out soon for the Netflix Android TV App? Whenever 5.1 is put through the HDMI ARC I have setup it does not like it. But I'm able to get 5.1 to work just fine through the Plex App. I think it is something to do with HDCP.
Anyone know if they are planning on fixing this?!
We talked about it in another topic: ARC can only carry DD and DTS audio. Netflix is using a improved DD+ format which isn't compatible. Since Nvidia didn't get a license for DD+ -> DD conversion, you get only stereo.
There has been no info from Nvidia about fixing this :/
