I just want an interface to see the suggestions based on my watch history. Does anyone know one?

Trakt doesn't have an app, per se. They have an API and let other developers do the work of putting that API to work in their app. Try sideloading Chrome for Android and setting the homepage to Trakt.tv, and either buying a mouse, using your Shield Controller's right stick mouse, or buying that app that lets you use the standard Android TV remotes as a mouse.
Edit: There are some, shall we say less than above board addons for Kodi that have Trakt integration and will show suggestions based on your history. It's up to you and your morals whether or not you want to go there.
