Others are mean about this but you seem confused as to what box you have. You have an Android powered box. Same operating system as what's on peoples phones. It needs a mouse or touch screen to run it basically.
This reddit is only for "Android TV" box's. It's a different operating system than the one you have as it's made for TV's and not phones. You use an actual TV remote control to control it, not a mouse or touch screen. Look on the right side as to what models are out there as there are only two main ones right now that people buy. Nvidia Shield and Mi Box.
