Mi Box stutters in Youtube?

Hi,

Using 1028 Nougat beta on my Mi Box, and I have been having problems with stuttering videos on both my Mi Boxes in Youtube since I got them. Doesn't appear in all videos, and the setup on my both boxes are different. One uses audio trough HDMI and the other use audio trough 3.5mm analog. It is most noticable on the audio side, but I think the video microstutters also.

Why is this happening? And only in YouTube.

I use the last version before the big update that changed the UI.

Are you, by any chance, is using an ethernet adapter connected to the usb port? I notice this happening on marshmallow when ethernet adapter is connected. Doesn't happen when connected through Wifi though.

On Android nougat for Android tv, few devices there is video stuttering issues.. Not only mi box,

But I'm not sure about audio stuttering..

I recently started to have the YouTube stutters even on the latest official Marshmallow build.

No or broken vc9 support afaik in 1028. Try one build older, or one build newer... 1560 seems as stable as any marshmallow build was.
