Just started using bluetooth earbuds with my gen 1 16gb shield. After a few minutes of streaming and using the earbuds, remote unpairs itself, and then automatically repairs itself if I place the remote next to the console.
Wondering if this is a common issue and if there are any fixes.
So I don't use the remote but I do have issues with the controller when audio is routed through Bluetooth.
Gen 1 Shield TV, if I pair to my bluetooth speakers the controller doesn't unpair, but it lags and stops responding for periods of time. I've stopped bothering with bluetooth audio at all on my Shield.
This subject has come up on here before and others have spoken up about the problem so I'm clearly not the only one. It's a definite bug with the Shield. I wouldn't be surprised if your problem is related.
