MSNBC live

by meyerovb

I want to watch MSNBC news live, I have a verizon cable account login that works fine on the iphone msnbc app to get the live stream. Is there any way to get the live stream on android tv?

I tried sideloading the mobile android NBC app, com.nbcuni.nbc, but it just crashes on startup. Doesn't even show up on the homescreen apps, just in the apps are in settings.

Use your iphone to cast the live stream from the MSNBC app to your Android TV device.

I use my iPad 3 to watch the MSNBC live stream on my Shield all the time (in fact I'm doing it right now).

There is no Android TV app with live MSNBC streaming with Cable login. There's the live services (Sling, YoutubeTV...). There is the NBC News app for Android TV but it does not have a live stream, and Pluto.TV has an NBC news channel which is delayed clips.

Modbro has it, although it can be unreliable at times

It isn't live, but you can get full streams of MSNBC on Pluto.

I use PlayStation Vue (no PlayStation needed) to get live cable/locals and DVR on my AndroidTV. MSNBC, Fox News, and CNN are all there for $40+ a month (no fees, some forced taxes by greedy states, and multi tiered)

Sideload the Fire TV NBC Sports app - works perfectly for me on my Sony tv.

Edit - just realised you meant MSNBC news. Never mind

Not sure on the code - however if you visit https://forum.xda-developers.com/fire-tv/themes-apps/app-hbo-fox-sports-fubo-tv-nbc-sports-t3453188

Hopefully you find the app you wish.

One thing to note is that you need to install the amazon store and be signed in for fire tv apps to work on Android TV.

ES File explorer is what I used to install and sideload launcher from the play store will allow you to launch once installed.

wow 10 comments and no one has made a libtard, cuck, snoflake comment. Impressive! Look into HDhomerun Prime, it's a pretty solid way to get cable on the Shield and stop paying for terrible cable boxes.

Rachel Maddow and Chris Hayes both have podcasts now so you can listen to their shows as well.
