Does anybody know how to open some apps such as Google or Facebook, or how to enter on the Android settings? I have 5.1.1 on a Philips tv, but I am unable to open some apps even if they are installed (Google). Why??

Install TV App Repo ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=news.androidtv.tvapprepo.playstore ) and with that app you can easily create AndroidTV shortcuts for direct launch of non-android tv apps.
I am not sure what you mean. However, If it is you don’t have the app icons available on the launcher try sideload launcher or simple tv launcher from the android TVs play store.
