My Tv provider has a legit streaming app with login etc that works on android (as well as a web login, but that uses cisco videoguard plugin), but when I sideloaded the tablet apk onto my android tv, the login fails.
Is there a way to spoof hardware version or anything like that which would let me use the tablet app?
I think you can only appear as different hardware with root, then you have to modify some system files, which is riksky if you don't know what you are doing.
