We already have one air mouse keyboard remote and would like to get a second remote for it for the mrs. Not sure if they will interfere with each other.

I've played emulators two-player using two wired USB controllers on the shield. I've never tried two wireless dongles though. My guess is that the shield itself won't mind but the two wireless signals may mess with each other if you use them both at the same time.
