Iv been reading all over but can't find an answer anywhere. So, here's the question, should I update to the 7.0 Bata. Is it any better ,whats different, are there more apps in the tv play store. Any help would be much appreciated

Why are you guys so obsessed with updates, I'll never understand. Haven't you heard the saying, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".
Most things work out of the box, so why so much eagerness to have 7.0 update?
Just stay on the latest stable and you will be fine.
HDR Netflix is probably the biggest difference imo. It was working good for me on the August build until I updated to the latest December update which causes periodic audio pauses playing 5.1 content (reverting back or factory resetting didn't fix it). Also like others have said in various threads, the vast majority of HDR enabled TV's have an HDR capable Netflix app built in so not a huge selling point.
There are a lot of bugs , and reverting back to MM is very difficult
