I installed a OS update about a month ago and about two weeks later I started having an issue. I just lose WiFi about every hour or so. Fixes include a reboot or turning the WiFi off and back on.
Any hints?

Then ping Sony support on twitter and ask them to take a look at your forum post: https://twitter.com/SonyUK
They'll probably tell you to perform a factory reset because that's their usual SOP.
I'd recommend using a cable rather than using WiFi if that's possible.
