Does your Shield TV bug out sometimes on the homescreen?

On occasion when I'm navigating the home screen with my Shield, it will get stuck on an app and can't navigate away. The animation acts as if it will move away, but it just stays there. If I click the app its stuck on and navigate back home, it works perfectly. I've performed a factory reset on the device but it still happens from time to time.

This doesn't happen on any other app so I doubt it's a hardware issue.

This is just more of a curiosity question. I'm more than happy with it besides this.

YouTube is the only app that does it to me for some reason. Lol

I've had it but not nearly that bad. You can try enabling dev options and lower or turn off animations. Helped me. If it doesn't, I'd ask for new unit. May be defective.

Nope. But I wanted to say that Hulu on the shield is currently hot garbage. Buggy as fuck for me.

Mine does too however my batteries are also pretty much Dead too I think it's time to upgrade to a rechargable remote not the one with the CR2032 3V coin batteries.
