[Help] Setting up tv tuner with live channels

I bought a hauppauge winTv-dualHD tuner and was trying to set it up with live channels on my Nvidia Shield TV but when i go to sources it just doesn't show up. I'm in Europe and i wanted to use DVB-C. Got it working with Plex DVR but i prefer using the live channels app, can anyone here help me out?

Dual tuners don't work in Live Channels.

No DVB support in Android TV. ATSC only.

As usual with Android TV, * US only

If you have your shield rooted there is a way with tvheadend to get dvb tuners running. However that's a quite complex setup.

Otherwise Plex is the only way at the moment.
