Amlogic
No.
The problem is, these aren't sold to the general public. Like the Technicolor boxes, these are white-label boxes that are customized and sold to other companies (such as cable companies) for use as converter boxes.
There are dozens of Android TV box manufacturers. Almost all of them are OEM boxes sold or leased by telco's or cable co's outside the US. Almost all of them have the same chipsets - basically clones of each other. Likely any issue that one has, all the rest have as well.

The airplayer sold for use with Sling TV is an android tv box.
So I stumbled into an ad bc maybe it targetted me bc I am frustrated by the options on Android Tv boxes right now and I am researching for other manufacturers that sells other than Shield or Mi Box. Clicked it and it looks promising, the box may look awful and generic, but boi it got Google Assistant and Oreo OOB and it got a nice remote. It even looks like got a gaming controller shipped together. All of them got impressive specs and 4K HDR support, some even have MMC slot at the back?
So what's the catch? It looks like they only sell for enterprises solutions. Such a bummer. Contacted them via email and that's what I found out. Proof. Anyone knew about these and their purposes really? Is there could be any way we could contact them or order but use it in personal purposes? Bc I am really dying to have a decent Android TV Box with the latest and greatest tech and update inside.
Also is there any small manufacturers that you know that Google certified to sell a legit Oreo Android TV box other than Xiaomi or Nvidia (why the hell Android TV, Wear, Auto isn't open sourced btw unlike it's mobile versions), if not could we make this as a treasure/easter egg hunt now bc it turns out there's more out there that are much obscure brands but sells this legit Android TV boxes. So we'll have a resources what are them and where to find them
Your choices are very much dependent on your location.
Where are you?
Knew about this company already. Have a look again or may try contacting their sales team. The thing is, this is a B2B company. What this means is that they will only sell to DTH operators or IP-TV operators and NOT to the consumers directly.
