Looks good & is quite functional compared to most recent versions.
Still needs a bit of tweaking IMO but a welcomed upgrade nonetheless.

If I'm not mistaken its incredibly similar to the PS4 version that has been running for awhile.
Edit: I do like the update though. :)
Is there a way to see your subs in chronological order? That's the only thing I miss.
Looks/works okay on my Yoga Book too, but likely wouldn't function as well on other tablet models without a keyboard, being this version of the app has limited touch controls.
I like this new look. I just wish I had the option of opening to my subscriptions by default.
Has anyone with a Shield had issues with dropping HDMI signal while using this new version? After a long night of troubleshooting it seems this app is the only one that drops HDMI signal to TV.
Using a different Youtube app with identical codecs won't drop the signal.
Can we fast forward without stopping videos like early versions of Nvidia shield tv YouTube app?
I consider it a downgrade. I can see less on the screen. I have noticed the same with the YouTube website.
It seems like they are driving hard in the direction of show what you subscribe to, and really focus on channels. It is feeling over produced.
I'm still on the native version. Can I still revert back if I upgrade and don't like it?
Much better now. I don't miss the old app anymore to be honest.
