Why would you want to sell the controller? Unless you already have the PS4 controller, it's not worth it. And if you already have the PS4 controller, why don't you test it?
I am currently using a PS4 controller along with the 2nd gen Shield controller and the PS4 controller works just fine via bluetooth.
Wired works pretty good. Wireless, laggy as hell not even worth connecting
