From the Shield's app store, it only has the MLB At Bat app, not MLB.TV. I've tried to add it to my Shield Google account through my laptop, but it says the app isn't allowed in my location. VPN doesn't correct this.
Has anyone gotten it to work? The Shield is listed as a compatible device on mlb.com. If so, can someone post a trustworthy apk file for mlb.tv?
Just wondering if anyone else has gotten issues with the mlb app with their Shield TV. Every so often I'd get buffering issues and then it'd come back. I know it's not my bandwidth, cause mlb.tv plays fine on my Roku 3. Any idea what might be going on? Really annoying.
At Bat app works for me on Shield.
The app works, but I can't watch games using it. It pinwheels forever.
Mlb.tv is worthless.
The MLB at bat app is the app you want, you can login to MLB.tv in it.
