I'm at a lost and looking for some help. I have a Nvidia shield and as of last week I can't use the HBO now app. For any video I try to play it states an error has occurred and HBO now will restart. I have cleared the app cache and data,uninstalled and reinstalled and still no go. I can Chromecast to it from my phone but that just won't work. Any help or ideas to try is appreciated.
I'm having an issue with it too. Can sign in but it acts like I'm not subscribes. I log in fine via the code on hbonow.com/tvsignin and get a message that I'm ready to go, but the app won't respond. I emailed HBO. If I learn anything, I'll let you know.
