I recently purchased a harmony hub and then later added a harmony 950 remote. However, the remote stops controlling the 2017 shield tv because the hub keeps loosing Bluetooth connection. Has this happened to anyone else? Any fix?

Do you have any USB3 devices connected to the Shield ?
If you do buy a USB extension cable and relocate them to reduce RF Interference with your Bluetooth connection.
You really need to get that tightened so it will work properly
EMI is my guess? Try relocating the harmony hub. Move it around.
