You would have to edit the remote.conf file.
Unfortunately I don't know much more than that. I remember the file name from experimenting with LibreELEC quite a while ago.
That's not really the type of device most people around here use. This sub is for devices that use Android TV, not for the generic Android boxes.
That said, you might try using Multilanguage Keymap Redefiner or a similar app. That might enable you to set something up.
Not that I know of but this remote you can program most of its buttons.
