Did you happen to get a new router recently, or if your existing router has both a regular and 5G wifi network - did you maybe connect the device you are casting from to the one that the mi box isn't on? I've had this issue before when my phone switched from my regular wifi to my 5G wifi signal.
Casting in general or any specific app? I noticed that YouTube cast stopped for me but that was because it changed the way you pair it with Android tv
Try to manually update Googlecast Receiver.
