My Mi Box power supply makes high pitched noise. What can I do about it?

Get another power supply. Power supplies have electrical coils that can make noise. They're normally constructed to minimize sounds, to the point that it's totally inaudible, but coils can break free of an extra mounting point or dampening pad/area, allowing them to vibrate. It's not dangerous, just annoying.
You can probably fix the existing power supply, if you carefully cut it open and follow some guides. However, I suspect the supply is pretty cheap/crappy to start with, and that it would be better to just get another generic 5v (I think) supply.
