Bluetooth keyboard. A mouse might help with some sideloaded apps.
Unfortunately, sideloaded apps are not optimized for AndroidTV and workarounds, including hardware is sometimes needed.
It's a pain that more developers don't make their apps for this format, but until Google shows some love to their own AndroidTV platform/apps, developers will continue to support it at this slow trickle.
