Hello, I have problem to play all 4K movies on AndroidTV (Sharp UE630x). No issue on other device. I have consult with Netflix support still not solve. They mixed up 4k title with 4k quality.

On Netflix only.
What are you using to play them? Plex? Kodi? Built-in media player? Where are the files located? Direct attached hard drive or thumb drive? Network attached storage?
