Recently bought a MiBox and some sideloaded apps are showing in landscape mode which is obviously not ideal.
Ive noticed apps mentioned on previous posts but could not find those on the Play store or the usual APK sites.

HALauncher has the ability to force all sideloaded apps to landscape mode. It's in the settings where you can also turn off advertisement for HALauncher.
Unless you have the TV on its side landscape is going to be the orientation you want things to show in by the way. If you set it to force portrait the top will be the left side of a standard orientation TV
