Every few days I am having an issue with my Shield. It will turn on and everything appears to be working correctly. I am getting no sound, however. I have to either restart the shield through the settings menu, or just pull the plug. Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be causing this?
It's a 2017 16GB Shield model that I just purchased a couple of weeks ago.
Same here, happned last night as a matter of fact. Was watching something, paused it, went to resume and all sound was gone. Restart and its good again. Sheild->HDMI->TV.
