That's going to be next to impossible. You're better off buying a new controller.
Unless there's a large amount of controllers of a given model out there (as with Xbox and Playstation controllers), you probably aren't going to find replacement parts on the open market. You might contact Nvidia and see if they can hook you up.

Buy a Chinese bluetooth controller? I bet one of them should be decent.
