Hi,
a year ago I released my NES-like Tetris clone with multiplayer for Android. I wanted to avoid the need to use an emulator to get the original feeling. With a new gesture control approach, it was mainly aiming for smartphones.
I also don't found a proper Tetris clone for my FireTV stick. Because my game always had controller support, it was easy to adjust it to be playable on a TV and I released it for FireTV.
Some weeks ago, I had the opportunity to get my hands on an Android TV by Philips (which looked official - I wonder why it is not listed here as an official Android TV device?). I was convinced instantly that Google's approach is way better than Amazon's FireTV ecosystem. Because I've read here that there is also no good Tetris client for Android TV, I decided to release the game with leanback support. The game is now available for Android TV on the Play Store!
Unfortunately, I don't own an Android TV myself, so I can only test on an emulator without Play services or (for the TV experience) with a FireTV. So if you face any issues, please inform me.
