There is no hdmi in on the mibox.
Your only option is an expensive bt transmitter, not the cheap ones you already tried
A TV Gateway would allow you to watch your satellite tv channels on a Mi Box over wifi.
One manufacturer is VBox Communications .
Video ports don't work like that. Neither do audio ports.
