Plex app... Does anyone's media files on plex automatically play in 'original quality'? I have to set it to original quality after playing EVERY item... over and over again.

Works fine for me, Shield TV. You need to set the bitrate to original in the settings. Default value is 20 Mbit/s (and most of my media is above 20 Mbit/s)
