Is it possible to stream the TV screen to your PC?

by Stinnenich

Sometimes I want to watch TV on my PC monitor.

  1. Is it possible on a TV with integrated AndroidTV (with an app or something)?

  2. Is it possible on a regular dumb TV (without an AndroidTV box)?

Thanks for your help! :)

I'm also interest in this question I recently bought a Channel Master Stream+ and was disappointed to find that I could only view it's output the HDMI output. I was expecting that I could connect to it with and Android TV app and especially be able to view the DVR recorded programs on my phone or laptop.

What is the source of your TV content that you want to watch:

app, OTA antenna, locally stored video, web browser, etc.?

I don't really understand the #2 question.

At any rate - depending on your source content, there is an easier way to go about this, surely.

You don't need a tv. Just use your pc with a usb tv tuner or streaming in your browser or Kodi.

What TV you gonna get? On my Philips I can redirect the tuner output to the Philips app on my android. Works perfectly. But you cannot use the tv at the same time.

Your Tv can turn into collaboration device and can be connected with your PC monitor for streaming live TV, and is engineered to work with any android apps, [check out for it] ( https://www.solaborate.com/h2 ) .
