Sometimes I want to watch TV on my PC monitor.

Is it possible on a TV with integrated AndroidTV (with an app or something)?

Is it possible on a regular dumb TV (without an AndroidTV box)?
Thanks for your help! :)

app, OTA antenna, locally stored video, web browser, etc.?
With android tv have you tried something like TeamViewer ?
