I have all 3 and would recommend the X1. Kodi works perfectly and I have no trouble with plugins. FireTV works but requires more effort to install and maintain. Mibox has a long history now of poor support and would not invest in one.
In addition the X1 supports gaming. Add a Turtle Beach mic and you can play\pause with voice control. YouTube TV, Sling and Hulu are also all supported.
Naw but get u an iptv for live tv Eternal or Area 51, 5$ a month
They have their own app u put on your home screen
There is also another option for IPTV called the Players Klub which costs $5 US/mth. Details below:

Answer - None of them.
An AMLogic S912 device like the MECOOL M8S Pro L or the Vorke / Tanix TX92 will run Kodi properly if you use the LibreELEC OS.
Far better than any Android (TV) or XBox. AND especially if you are feeding it interlaced OTA broadcast TV content from an external TV server.
Please define what your "Live TV" needs actually are?
Is it OTA Broadcast Live TV ?
Or IPTV over the internet ?

Mi Box is probably your best bet for now. Xbox has too many restrictions for it to play nice at this moment. Firesticks have been incredibly underpowered for me. Unless you need Amazon Prime Video, id go with Mi Box.
