Full list of **Certified** Android TV devices here

by raptor75mlt

The list exists, but seems to have been forgotten by most of the subscribers here, as shown by the posts in the last year.

This list is kindly curated by another redditor, but I don't remember their name, so if you're the author, kindly 'fess up and accept our gratitudes. :)

Edit: found the author! Thanks for the hard work /u/513 !

The list started out as a Google Sheet , but now has a nice website too.

This site should really make the sidebar, as listing all these devices in the sidebar would be torture. MODS please.

The author also updates a twitter account with rumours . Check it out.

Not all details are updated, but I hope this helps subside the notion that we are just about the Shield and MiBox here. That is the ultimate list of certified AndroidTV devices for you.

Enjoy!

Edit: /u/KILLPREE and /u/tdweng seem to be the most recently active mods. please add this site in the sidebar.

Edit2: /u/mbm seems to be active too. Please can we have an update to the sidebar? Thanks.

I do believe there are some newer boxes that are actually running the official Android TV OS. I think we should update the list. We might need to start sectioning them out by region of availability though. I know for some even the Mix Box and Shield are hard to get a hold of in their country.

Why there hasn't been webcam support on android yet?

Man, I really want that Xiaomi laser projector.

Hmm... Does this mean DirecTV Now is actually coming to Android TV soon? I recently read something else claiming one of the at&t people said they aren't even working on it.

The official device list is very short.

Though it's clear why the unofficial device I've got (mecool) doesn't smack with the same level of polish as the Shield TV.
