There must be something out there because someone made an Android TV bootup on the Wetek Play 2 and that's an Android device. I owned one for about a month before I sold it off because it was junk.
Not perfect but works fairly well.
Don't listen to the other fools - they know very little and have some weird need to defend their Nvidia shitboxes as the only ATV device.
It depends on the device - quite a few ARM dev boards have ATV images, for example. You should see what your device's manufacturer has made available, and what that device's community has perhaps put together, if it has any.
Otherwise, since it's open source, you can compile your own build, but since you're asking, this is likely out of your league.
