Try emailing them. There is no technical reason not to have it other than OS, but Oreo was released to beta testers and appears to be the finished product (so rest should get it soon).

Just curious, why do you want a dumb-down version (MrMc) when the full fledged Kodi is available? Sideload it and works very well!
