HDR VS SDR

I know its not the best place to asked this question But when i play video game (PS4-pc) with my tv (x900e) The colour is washed out and it darken the bright and brighten the dark Does any one knows the problem And is there a 2 clip with hdr and sdr Like same trailer but one hdr and the other sdr

Not that its any consolation for TV owners, Oreo on MiBox does have an adjustment to force HDR to SDR, and vice versa.

Not clear if that is a standard Oreo feature or specific to MiBox.

Dont have a 900e but typical checklist is

  1. Did you use the port support full bandwidth hdr? in your case is hdmi2 and 3 IIRC.
  2. Did you turn on full color support for the hdmi port?

My Samsung has the same problem with HDR, and I’ve never figured it out. The Shield looks bad with HDR and my PS4 Pro looks bad with HDR. I resorted to normal SDR as the colors are so much more vivid.
