BiglyBT is an torrent client and it is good, it even has swarm searches that is somewhat usefull. It is available in the play store.
Both Libretorrent (open source) and Ttorrent Lite (ads, can be remotely controlled with transdroid) work but need Sideload Launcher.
There is more than one,v you may need to sideload
