Weird Audio Startup Delay

Howdy Im hoping anyone can help me fix this annoying issue.

First, to be clear, this is not lag or desync from audio to video.

When I select a movie or show or youtube video or any media on any platform (youtube, netflix, showbox, stored media, etc) the video plays and the audio does not. It takes the audio anywhere from 5-500 seconds to kick in, and when it does its perfectly synced to the video.

Anyone experience this or know a fix?

I have the same thing but I have a soundbar.

I've got the same issue, but I think it's coming from my amp analyzing the sound on the go. Do you use one ?

Same here, I always have to go into digital sound settings and switch the options around till it registers output on my speaker

my model of tv box is a "x96 mini"

Also any new episode starting it happens again. Just to point out that its not only on the boxes startup or powering on, but also while its running, even between shows.
