Still waiting. 2015 16gb Driving me crazy! Even the kids wake me up in the morning to tell me “daddy the update didn’t come yet” lol

From day 1 they stated that it would take several weeks to roll out to everyone.

In addition to Oreo, noticed they added support for PS4 controllers with too (dualshock 4 v1/v2). Pretty cool update for gamers even if you game lightly with RetroArch for emulators.

Ok, I contacted Nvidia customer support and was told that you won't get the update unless you were in the Shield Preview Program before the beta (7.0) was rolled out. Even if you sign up now, you won't get it until they release the next incremental or public release.

So if you were already in the preview, congrats. If not, sorry chaps, gonna have to wait it out.

It's a staged release even for the people on the preview program.

I was lucky to receive the update immediately after release.

I have two SHIELD TV 2017. The living room box was enrolled in preview program and got the update immediately. The bedroom box was not in the preview program and has not received it yet.

I haven't gotten it yet either.

I enrolled in the preview program on Saturday and I’m still waiting for it. Really wish there were a way to force it or manually update

I haven’t received it yet either, 2017 16gig and 2017 pro 500gig boxes . It will be rolling out over the next few weeks. Some that are enrolled in the preview program have received it. Just have to be patient, something I lack in lol.

I got it on launch day (few day ago) but I'm a Preview member since I got this device last year.

I have two of the 2017 models and don't have them for either.

It is a staged release as per nvidia If your not in the preview program you will get it in the next few week really people stop with the fomo

Yeah, still waiting. 2017 shield enrolled in the beta program Thursday morning, 2015 shield that's been enrolled for at least a year.
