Disable Samba.
Disable the Sony shelf app and set window animations for 0.5 as well as the transition animations Also set the background process limit to 2 or 3. You will need developer options enabled though. You can also change the rendering resolution of the android ui if your willing to use ADB over wi-fi but that can cause issues with the program guide if you set the resolution too low.
